Jim is an Executive Vice President within the industrial advisory group of Colliers International, where he works with local and national clients servicing their real estate requirements. During his twenty-five year real estate career, Jim has established a diversified background representing buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants. He has experience in sales and acquisition of vacant land, sales and leasing, investment sales and build-to-suit. Since 1987 Jim specialized in the western, southwestern and northwestern industrial areas of Cook County, DuPage County and Will County. He has personally completed over 300 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $900 million.

Prior to joining Colliers, Jim was employed with Cushman & Wakefield for 18 years where he was a Senior Director in the Industrial / Technology Group.
