Jim Grantz is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser for Edward J. Lewis, Inc. serving the commercial and industrial markets in the greater Youngstown, Warren and Akron region for over 32 years. As a native of Springfield Township, Ohio with ties to family owned real estate in Youngstown and Akron, Jim understands and appreciates the owner/investment aspect of the commercial market as well as the inter-business relationships in the area critical to connecting owners, investors and tenants of area commercial and industrial product.

Jim Grantz received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University

with a major in Real Estate. He obtained his Certified General Appraiser license in 1991. Jim is

a Past President of Boardman Rotary, Past-Director of the Youngstown-Columbiana Board of

Realtors, Past President of the South Range Schools Foundation, Past Member of Realtor’s

Political Action and Legislative Committee, and Past Member of the New Middleton Village Zoning Board. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a member of the Duquesne Hunting and Fishing Club.
