Tom Gerard has over 26 years of commercial real estate experience with a proven track record in property marketing, acquisition and disposition assignments including multi-residential sales, office, industrial, retail, institutional, development land and special projects. Clients over the years include major corporations, real estate developers, private investors and a wide variety of industrial and office space users.
Specialties: Commercial real estate marketing, brokering and sale negotiations, experienced in large and small single-asset and portfolio transactions, all asset classes (industrial, office, retail, multi-residential, institutional property and development land).
Tom has successfully completed over $400 million of commercial investment property sales in the Atlantic Canada marketplace.
He is the senior broker and Managing Partner of KW Commercial’s Halifax office.
