Paul brings an impressive tenure of nearly four decades in commercial real estate to Lee & Associates Charleston. Paul joins forces with Managing Principal Bob Nuttall and his son, Associate Hunter Hartley, specializing in the sale and leasing of office, investment and medical properties across the Southeast.

Throughout his storied career, Paul, whose innate ability to “connect the dots”, has become widely known for his expertise in owner, buyer, and tenant representation. His approach, grounded in hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge, has earned him a reputation as one of the Southeastern U.S.'s top-producing brokers. He brings a deep network of SIOR relationships and a client base that spans the Southeast and beyond, benefiting from his unparalleled local and regional market insights.

A holder of the esteemed SIOR designation for over 30 years, Paul has actively contributed to both the SIOR Carolina’s Chapter and SIOR National through various leadership roles. Additionally, his thought leadership is regularly showcased at prominent industry events, such as the Central Carolina Commercial Real Estate Market Forecast, where he has contributed as an expert panelist and committee member for well over a decade. A proud alumnus of Wofford College, Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, which equipped him with a strong foundation for his professional endeavors. Outside of work, Paul enjoys playing golf, attending University of South Carolina sporting events with his wife and sons, collecting wine and traveling.
