Prior to that, he joined CB Commercial in 1987 out of college and became one of the company’s top producers. He has been involved in more than 3,000 transactions, totaling more than 15 million square feet, for more than $1B in total consideration. • Negotiated a 20 year sale-leaseback transaction for the 206,000 square foot Acterna/JDSU facility to Bradley Associates

• Negotiated a 15 year sale-leaseback transaction for the 119,000 square foot Mayflower Transit facility to Midwest Realty

• Represented Shamrock Builders in the design and marketing of more than 25 garden office buildings totaling more than 150 sale/lease transactions

• Sold over 175 owner-occupied buildings throughout Central Indiana, totaling more than four million square feet

• Represented Acterna/JDSU in its site search and build-to-suit negotiation of a 140,000 square foot office and high-tech production facility at Intech Park as one of the largest office build-to-suit transactions in Indianapolis

• Represented NSI Software in the lease of 45,000 square feet at Lake Pointe Center III at Allison Pointe with I-465 signage

• Represented Ameritech Wireless in the build-to-suit of an 85,000 square foot headquarters building with I-465 signage at The Precedent

• Represented Forethought Financial Services in a $4 million lease of its new downtown corporate headquarters at 300 N. Meridian Street

• Represented Nationwide Insurance in the 180,000 square foot sale of 111 Congressional Blvd. in Carmel to Lauth Property Group
