Scott has been with Resource Realty since 1990, with a focus on New Jersey, Southern

New York, and Eastern Pennsylvania. From 1988 to 1990, he was VP Industrial

Development for The Sammis Company out of Parsippany, NJ. In 1985, he started his

brokerage career with CBRE, then known as Coldwell Banker.

Using a consultative approach, Scott has been able to transact over 300 transactions with a

value exceeding $550 million. In 2005, he received the NJ SIOR Award for “The Most

Creative Deal” involving the lease of 158,000 SF biotech facility and subsequent sale. He

received the Industrial/Flex Broker of the Year Award in 2006 from Morris County for a

122,000 SF transaction. In 1980, he graduated from Lehigh University with degrees in

Finance and Marketing.

Scott was the 2006 President of the SIOR/NJ Chapter, currently serving as Retention Chairman. He is on the

Board of Directors for Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity at Lehigh University, The Lehigh Class of 1980 Reunion

Committee, Lehigh Class of 1980 Correspondent, President for the Thimble Islands Association, Director of

Basking Ridge Sports Foundation and serves on the Personnel Committee at the L.C. Presbyterian Church. Scott

has been very involved coaching lacrosse, basketball, soccer, baseball and football. He enjoys time with his

daughter and son, as well as, golfing, skiing and sailing.
