Steve Garrett has been involved in commercial real estate since 1986, specializing in office leasing and sales in the Charlotte market. Over his career Steve has compiled an outstanding resume of corporate and institutional clients, completing over 1,000 transactions totaling over a billion dollars in value. Before joining RED Partners in 2011, Steve worked for seven years with Trammell Crow and CB Richard Ellis, providing tenant representation and corporate services for clients both in Charlotte and throughout the country. Prior to joining CBRE Steve was the senior office broker with Grubb & Ellis Bissell Patrick, where he was responsible for a 1.2 million square foot office leasing portfolio in SouthPark. He moved back into tenant representation and corporate services in 2000 with Grubb & Ellis, working with national and local corporate services clients. Steve began his career in the Charlotte office of Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in tenant representation.

Mr. Garrett is actively involved in charitable and community activities, including United Way, Arts & Science Council, Blumenthal Foundation, Harris YMCA Youth Sports Coach, Leadership Charlotte Graduate, Myers Park Presbyterian Church and Charlotte Country Day School.

Steve is married to Anne, has two children and lives in Charlotte.
