All course refund requests must be submitted in writing via fax at 202.517.9151 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All refunds will be returned via the same method of payment according to the refund deadlines below. Refunds will not be granted for "no shows." Key refund deadlines:
In Full: through January 23, 2014 (less a $100 administrative fee)
50% Refundable: January 24-February 10, 2014 (less a $100 administrative fee)
No Refunds: After Februrary 10, 2014 or for "No Shows"
If a course registrant cancels a registration and transfers the registration to another course offered in the same calendar year, the registrant will be charged a $100 processing fee. A course registration can only be transferred one time and any future cancellations will be subject to the standard refund deadlines outlined above.
