Members of the SIOR European Chapter have developed a report highlighting the impacts climate change and sustainability are having on the commercial real estate industry.

“Our members have put climate change impact at the heart of their consultancy in response to the market and clients’ increasing ESG requirements and have embedded it into every stage of the property process,” said Paul Danks, SIOR European Regional Chapter President.

The report explores the views of several members and industry experts, as they explore how to address this global issue in the industry and what next steps could be taken to achieve items like net zero design and carbon positive construction and operation.
