Exhibit Information

The number of exhibitors is limited to maximize exhibitor/attendee ratio. Whenever possible, food and refreshment breaks, networking activities and the general sessions are incorporated into the exhibit hall space to further increase exhibitor exposure.

Exhibit Fee Notes
  • Limit two single booths or one double booth per company per conference.
  • Premium vs. Standard Booth: Location, location, location! By choosing “premium booth” your company will be able to select your booth location prior to standard choice confirmed exhibitors (based on the date of your commitment). By choosing “standard booth” your company will select from the remaining available booths (based on the date of your commitment).
Fall Conference Exhibitor Schedule
Exhibitor Move-in: Wednesday, April 26, 1-5 p.m.
Exhibit Hall Open: Thursday, October 26, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.; 3 - 4 p.m.
Friday, October 27, 8:45 - 10 a.m.; 11:45 a.m. - 1 p.m.; 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-out: Friday, October 27, 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Exhibitor Raffle

Each exhibitor is encouraged to donate a quality gift to be awarded to SIOR conference attendees by way of a random drawing. Each attendee will be given a passport card with all participating exhibitors listed. SIOR will promote the drawing and require attendees to have their passport card stamped by each participating exhibitor to qualify for the drawing.

The drawing occurs during the last event on the exhibit floor. Winners must be present to win so this event always draws a crowd!
